Once a poster child now in chapter 11...Tech world is fast and without mercy
Jumio has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and plans to sell its assets to Eduardo Saverin, the Facebook co-founder who was an early investor in the online ID verification startup. The Palo Alto company said in a court filing in Delaware on Monday that it hasn't been able to to raise funding for its operations after government investigations into financial irregularities and stock sales by its former management team.
